市場看到牛蒡很新鮮漂亮~~~馬上買了幾隻回家~~~~作啥都好
經過賣炸黑輪的攤子~~~~欸~~~~做個甜不辣也好~~~~於是買了魚漿
準備動手作牛蒡甜不辣~~~~因為現在時間比較多了~~~有點兒閒呢!!
牛蒡刨絲泡醋水~~~魚漿~~~蒜末薑末~~~蛋清~~~~~~~~~~~
絞肉我又剁一剁~~~增加黏性~~~加魚漿~~胡椒~~蛋清~~鹽~~糖~~拌勻
讓蛋清都被絞肉吸收~~~~再加進太白粉~~麵粉~~薑蒜末~~牛蒡絲~~~拌勻
下鍋炸到兩面金黃~~~~吸過油後~~~就可以享用啦~~~~~~
上菜~~~~~~~~
金黃的外表~~~嗯~~~~~牛蒡很香ㄟ~~~~沾番茄醬吃就很OK了
裡面的肉也嫩嫩的~~~有肉有菜~~~~很麻吉的搭配阿~~~~~
